Get your AADHAAR form from AADHAAR center. Remember when you come at AADHAAR center, you bring your identity card with your photograph and residence proof. If you do not have any proof then you can take help from any AADHAAR introducer.
Fill up following information in AADHAAR form carefully.
Viz. Name, age, gender, residence address
You have to present your filled form with all the proofs as mentioned above to AADHAAR officer.
Your biometric identity will be taken up.
